Amazon Prime Utopia "Just A Fanboy"

Adapted by Gillian Flynn (Gone Girl, Sharp Objects) from the cult British hit, Utopia is a conspiracy thriller that follows a group of young "nerds" brought together by their shared obsession with a mysterious graphic novel called Utopia - they believe it foretells the demise of humanity and the world as we know it. What first begins as a mutually shared internet obsession for our group of underdogs, quickly becomes a high-stakes adventure to use what they uncover to save themselves, each other, and ultimately humanity. Utopia is equal parts suspenseful and Dramatic, humorous and hopeful - following a group of unlikely heroes attempting to save their planet from the ruin brought upon by the generations that came before them.
